Game Components
Card Piles
- The Stock
- Located in upper left corner
- Contains facedown cards
- The Waste
- Located next to the Stock
- Contains faceup cards from the Stock
- The Foundations
- Located in upper right corner
- Four piles, one for each suit
- The Tableau
- Seven piles forming the main playing area
- Cards arranged in descending stair pattern
Initial Setup
- Tableau piles are numbered 1-7, with each pile containing its number in cards
- Only the top card of each Tableau pile starts face-up
- Remaining cards form the Stock pile
- Waste and Foundation piles begin empty
Game Objective
Build all four Foundation piles from Ace to King in their respective suits:
- Each Foundation must contain one complete suit
- Cards must be placed in order: A→2→3→4→5→6→7→8→9→10→J→Q→K
Legal Moves
Stock and Waste
- Turn cards from Stock to Waste (1 or 3 cards, configurable in Options)
- Move top Waste card to Foundation or Tableau
Foundation Moves
- Place cards on Foundations in ascending order by suit
- Remove top card from Foundation back to Tableau (optional rule)
Tableau Moves
- Stack cards in descending order with alternating colors
- Example: Place red 6 on black 7
- Move single cards or stacks of properly sequenced cards
- Only Kings can be placed on empty Tableau spaces
- Flip face-down cards when revealed
- Double-click cards to automatically move them to Foundation
Special Features
- Auto-Complete: Game automatically completes when all cards are face-up and Stock is empty
- Unlimited Undos: Available but count toward total moves
- Statistics: Track moves and completion time
- No Scoring System: Time and move counting only
