Effective date: July 2, 2026. By using Solitaire.now you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solitaire.now, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the service.

2. The Service

Solitaire.now provides free, browser-based solitaire card games, including daily challenges, leaderboards, and head-to-head multiplayer. No download or payment is required. An account is optional and only needed for features such as leaderboard entries and cross-device streaks.

3. Account Registration

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • Register only one account per person
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Choose a username that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Fair Play

Daily challenges, leaderboards, and multiplayer races only work when everyone plays honestly. You agree not to:

  • Use automated solvers, bots, or scripts to play games or submit results
  • Manipulate timing, scoring, or seeded-deal mechanisms
  • Create multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage
  • Exploit bugs for leaderboard gain - Please report them instead

Results that appear illegitimate may be removed and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the service
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code
  • Scrape or systematically harvest site content without prior written permission
  • Use multiplayer chat or usernames to harass, abuse, or spam other players

6. Intellectual Property

The service - Including its code, design, game implementations, and written content - Is owned by Solitaire.now. The underlying rules of classic solitaire games are in the public domain; our implementations, articles, and branding are not. Site content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Submissions

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or suggestions through the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to improve the service. You retain ownership of anything you submit.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Solitaire.now available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. Game statistics stored in your browser's local storage remain on your device and are under your control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Solitaire.now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or statistics, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
